Meeting came to order at 7:30pm

February minutes approved by landslide vote.

Treasurers report - $1574.49 profit from auction.

Field Report - Bob O mentioned getting the wood out of the ditch at the east end of field as soon as possible before the bugs come out.Wood needs to be delivered to Mr. Hilton also.

The field has been rolled twice so far this year by mowing crew and will be rolled probably at least once more.

Proficiency report - None at this time.

Safety director - Jon has the mailbox at this time and will paint and set up at the field for the first aid supplies .

Publicity Director - Mike has done a great job as usual in acquiring donations for our auction and played a large part in the success of it.

Secretary report - The charter for 2010 is getting mailed along with application for insurance for the ponds in Seneca Castle. We are doing the insurance on our own this year instead of chaptering with the Eagles as had been discussed.

We do need to wait for the return of the paperwork which needs to be in Mr.Pedersen’s hands before flying at the pond site.

Event Coordinator ?

Old Business - Mark is working on the new website and should have it ready in the near future.

New Business - Kathy has the auction pictures on the picture website.

Jim willing is planning a non-sanctioned Primer for the pattern contest in June to explain and demonstrate what is expected for first time sport pilots. May 14^th,15^th and 29^th.

Discussion on getting information out to other clubs in the area .Mark will get the contact info. and take care of this.

Decision made to stick with holding the auction at the Canandaigua middle school in the future – passed.

April meeting will still be held at the Legion. Field meetings will start in May. Will notify if otherwise.
