CHIEFS Meeting Minutes of Canandaigua CHIEFS December 2007
Call to Order:
7:00 by President Larry C.
Roll Call: taken by Larry C. 12 members present Guests: 0 Meeting Minutes: approved by members Treasures Report: Linda H. gave the report and it was accept by Fran M. and Mike H. Field Director: Bob O. was down sick and not at the meeting. Proficiency Director: Lynn B. is working on revamping the Fly Training program and the rest of the club paperwork. More to come, when this project is finished we will print everyone a new copy of the Constitution, By Laws, Fly Training Program and etc. Safety Director: Mark G. was not at the meeting Publicity Director: Mike H. informed the membership that we have no major sponsor the auction in March. But he is receiving donated items and there is more than enough. Mike has sent out over 250 emails and placed ads on the net (i.e. RC Universe and etc). Old Business: Auction poster will be printed soon. We also went over the elections from last month. New Business: Update attempting to organize a Board of Directors meeting. Remember it is time to pay your club dues and renew the AMA.
