Field Director: The field has been rolled using our recently aquired large roller from the Sky Rovers RC Flying Club, thanks Fran!
The mowing crew has done an outstanding job thus far this year, thanks to Craig B., Jim W., Fran M., and Jim S.
It was mentioned that we need to double check that we are raising the mower blade when we mow the parking area! We also should not mow the back area behind the shed on the other side of the road. We have new blades and we want to keep them from being damaged so please be careful, thanks!

Old Business
1st Anuual Air Show: It is important to note from the July meeting that we intend to put a committee in place in time to prepare for the 2005 Air Show.
We particularly want to find ways to draw spectators to the event so that we can at least break even in terms of the cost involved in putting on the event as we lost several hundred dollars this year.
It is important to also note that this was our 1st time hosting this event and it really went very well in every other respect.

New Business
Run Way Tree Removal: Lynn brought up the initiative to remove 6 trees at the east end of the main run way. These trees are on this side of the property fence and we have permission from the Steam Association to remove them.
Rick has a bucket truck we can use and we will need at least 3 people with chain saws to do the job. One saw up in the busket of the truck to top the trees and then cut them down and at least two more to cut the trees up.
We will need every ones help to move and stack the wood and do a through job in cleaning up the area where we cut them down!

Meeting Adjourned at 7:35
