Meeting Minutes March 17, 2004
Call to Order:Fran Merklinger, our 2004 President, opened the meeting at 7:10pm
Roll Call:There were 20 members present

Secretary’s Report:AMA forms for club renewal are completed. Secretary files have stuff from day
one. Secretary would like to destroy the majority of the old files. Club members
decided to keep the last five years only.
Treasures Report:Doug Severson reported our current financial standing.

Proficiency Director: Request all members rated as instructors get in touch with the club secretary.
Field Director: The field must be rolled; require a load of stone for driveway; fertilizer should be
purchased and spread; Mowing Crew should be at the April meeting for
scheduling.
Safety Director: check batteries, connectors, hinges, loose covering, and do a range check of all
planes before first flight.
Newsletter Editor: Jim Schwab. Our newest member John Searles volunteered to make copies of the
newsletter at Xerox.

and select newsletter.
Public Relations: Performance Hobbies in Webster ahs donated over $200 worth of RC equipment
for our auction. This store is a great place to get everything the modeler will need.
The prices are also good.
